Jewelry Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earring purchases are final sale. However, if your earrings arrive with a defect, we offer an exchange for store credit or a replacement pair.

To request an exchange for a defective item:

  • Email info@kajeswim.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the defect
    • "Return Request" in the subject line

Swim Return Policy

We hope you love your Kaje swimwear! If you need to make a return, please review the guidelines below.

Domestic Returns

Eligibility:

  • Full-price swim items purchased in the USA can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
  • A $6 USD fee will be deducted from your store credit for return shipping.

Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags, packaging, and hygienic liners intact.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
  • Items with stains from makeup, tanning products, or deodorant will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items discounted 15% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • International orders are final sale.

How to Start a Return:

  • Click here to submit a return request using the same email you placed your order with (note your refund will be issued in store credit).

International Orders

  • Apologies, but due to international logistics all international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • Kaje is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund notification within 5-10 days.
  • Store credit (minus shipping costs) will be issued within an additional 5-10 days.
